This programme provides the knowledge that managers need to develop their leadership role, and will help participants to understand how their actions and personal strengths influence their team and benefit their organisation. It encourages personal reflection, understanding of different leadership styles and motivational approaches. Action learning builds on that knowledge and is used to develop leadership capability and performance.
The course includes:
Two written assignments are required: "a reflective review of leadership styles and their impact on values and performance" and "an assessment of development through action learning and other activities".
